The Dark Room has excellent cocktails but there’s another reason they’re so highly rated. I reached out via email to ask about a food sensitivity for someone in our group and if there was anything on the food menu we could eat. Not only did they get back to me very quickly with detailed notes on their food, they offered to make a special sauce to accommodate us. All they asked was a little heads up and what they made for us was so delicious! We had several incredible cocktails, veggie rice bowls, and went home very happy with a super cute Polaroid can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much Amy!
Just came for drinks. Nice cocktail bar. Most were premixed, big batch style. Tasted great still and fast service on a Friday night. Good atmosphere, very friendly bartender and staff.
With a creative cocktail menu, several wine and beer options, and small Korean bites, the Dark Room is a great new bar in Greenwood. Cocktails range between “spirit forward” and “citrusy.” The Mai Tai Ni Dic was tropical, tasty, and funnily named. We got a couple of plates of snacks and they were pretty flavorful, though pretty small portions. It was definitely a great place for an experience— around 8:30pm the bartender walked around for a DTO (Daiquiri Time Out) where they served 2 Daiquiri Shots as 8-bit music played.
Dark Room is everything we hoped it would be and more. The atmosphere is effortlessly cool, in a way that feels comfortable and welcoming. It’s almost as if we stepped back in time to a simpler Seattle. Although the laid-back vibe was a throwback, the fare was not. The food was fresh, modern, and exciting (not to mention absolutely delicious!). The drinks we strong, complex, and unique. We went on Valentine’s Day and it was hip and romantic and the best possible way to spend such a special date night. We can’t wait to take our friends there!
This is a really cool cocktail bar/restaurant. They have a really fun menu and drink list. Most menu items are Korean-inspired. Staff was really friendly and provided awesome service! I highly recommend checking this place out!
The cocktails here are a lot more interesting than the others. They will take a Polaroid if you order a certain cocktail. They have beer as well. Pretty relaxing vibe.
Deep menu of original cocktails. Some great flavor pairings whether you're looking for sweet, savory, herbal, light, or complex. They're particularly good at introducing various amaro to bring in the right interesting notes. Food is tasty with a fair amount of gluten free options. Staff are friendly, fun, and responsive.
